Here at Taylors and Jones, we are more than just the excellent products and service. We offer a sausage making course that is not only educational but plenty of fun. We also offer a sausage tasting. Gather your friends and bring your favourite drink. Both the sausage making course and sausage tasting make a fantastic gift for any occasion. We have even had a bachelor party take part in our sausage making course.

Sausage Making Course
750:- / person

A 3 hour course that teaches you how to make sausages from the basics. Learn how to prepare the meat, stuff and twist your own sausage and of course, taste your creation. You can experiment with your own recipe or use one of our tried tested and true. At the end of the course you get to take home the sausages that you have made (about 2-3kg) to share with family and friends.

Full Tasting
300:- / person

2 Hours to sample our hand made sausages, imported cheeses and fresh baked pies.

***Both the sausage making course and full tastings takes place in shop after closing (6pm) from Monday to Thursday. The shop will be closed to the public during the course and tasting. We are not licenced to sell alcoholic beverages so you will have to bring your own. Sausage making course require a minimum of 6 participants. Sausage tasting require a minimum of 10 participants. If there is not the minimum number of participants, the full costs of the minimum number of participants is still expected.***

1 hour course sampling Taylors and Jones sausages and listening to the experts.
